Leak-free compression of a corrosive gas mixture used in manufacturing solar cells
Hofer supplies 2 piston compressors and 2 diaphragm compressors for manufacturing solar cells in Spain. The compressors are used for the leak-free compression of a corrosive gas mixture to 40 bar, which is required for manufacturing silicon solar cells.
The total scope of the order was € 1.4 million.
