Piston Compressors non-lubricated

Constructional features
Non-lubricated piston compressors compress the gas oil-free and are designed in slow-running or quick-running design. In contrary to the diaphragm compressors, piston compressors have an abrasion at the piston rings and the cylinder run as well as a leakage at the piston rod packing.
Depending on the gas type, they are limited to a discharge pressure of 160 to 200 bar.Preferably, non-lubricated piston compressors will be manufactured in vertical design. For reaching higher pressures with oil-free requirements, this machine type can be equipped with a final diaphragm stage (see type selection ).
